Facility Rentals

Rent the Main Hall and Kitchen for one price of $250 Members or $300-Non Members

The Woods Pavilion rental fee will be $150 Members or $200-Non Members.

Please call Judy at 717-580-2253 for available dates if you like to book the hall or picnic grounds. Please be respectful of her time and calling hours, she is a volunteer so if you make an appointment with her please show up.

Q: How Many people does the Hall Hold 
A: Comfortably about 100 people sitting at Tables 

Q: Can I used the Kitchen, and what is available for use. 
A: Yes, we have a commercial kitchen with 10 plus burners and 3 Ovens, a small refrigerator and microwave. As well as a assortment of pots and pans We have ice for purchase at $2 bag.  You are responsible for cleaning and putting away anything used in our facility.

Q: Do you have tables and chairs to use.
A: Yes, we have 8ft Tables, and Folding Chairs, you are responsible for set up and tear down as well as cleaning tables.

Q: Does the Woods Pavilion have Power and Lights
A: Yes, The inside of the Pavilion has a sting of regular bulbs around it, and there are outlets located in a central area.

A small pavilion has been built for members only and will hold 2 picnic tables.
It is free to all members but no large parties allowed due to its size.
